So you have found a home to buy...

The real estate agent will arrange for the contract to be sent to us. In the meantime, do you need a pest or building report? Do you need to arrange for finance? Now is the time to get these things done!

Once the contract arrives we go through it with you to ensure that you know everything there is to know about the property. When you are happy with every thing you sign the contract and pay the deposit (usually 10%). Contracts can now be exchanged swapping the one signed by you for the one signed by the vendor. 
   
Settlement is usually 42 days after exchange and this is when the balance of the purchase price is paid and the keys to the property handed over.
